    In the dynamic landscape of securities and exchange markets, our client, a leading corporation overseeing regulatory frameworks, faced several key challenges. These included modernizing their technology infrastructure to handle extensive data processing demands, improving their time to hire to keep pace with a large-scale transformation project, revamping an enterprise-wide training program, as well as hiring the best candidates with superior technical, coding, hands-on, and communication skillsets in an expeditious manner.

     


     

    SOLUTION

    To address these challenges, a multi-faceted approach designed was implemented:​

    • Successfully built a team of approximately Software Engineers, SDETs, and Data Engineers. These professionals were tasked with modernizing a cloud-based (AWS) big data platform.​
    • By leveraging our extensive network and streamlined recruitment processes, we were able to reduce the client’s time to hire by 30%. This efficiency was crucial for the timely placement of Angular, Java, and Cloud experts to support a large digital experience transformation project over a three-year period.​
    • Sourced and assembled a specialized team Multimedia and Instructional Designers. These experts were brought in to develop new, effective training materials for the client’s enterprise-wide training program revamp.​
    • Developed a rigorous and customized screening process to evaluate candidates’ technical and coding skills comprehensively. This process was crucial in identifying individuals with the hands-on experience and superior communication skills necessary.​
