    CHALLENGE 

    Neovest faced a significant hurdle in its hiring process, with direct placements taking over three months due to cumbersome internal processes, particularly approvals at their parent company. Stewart World, the newly appointed CTO at the time, encountered a lengthy interview process himself, prompting a reevaluation of the existing system.

     

    SOLUTION
      • Streamlined the in-house hiring process, reducing it to one-third of its normal duration for direct placements. 
      • Showcased faster candidate interview experiences to executives at Neovest and the parent company, leading to a more efficient internal talent acquisition process. 
      • Conducted regular debriefs and updates with local business executives and the Practice Manager at parent company. 
      • Implemented weekly resume reviews with pre-established calendar days/times and set interview schedules. 
      • Coached team to have an offer in hand before the final interview, enabling quicker decisions on candidates. 
      • Advised executive leadership on local market wages and competitive techniques, bridging the gap between company practices and the local candidate market.
