Meredith Kaley was ConsultNet’s first employee, hired in 1996 when ConsultNet was founded. With more than 20 years of experience managing teams, Meredith oversees ConsultNet’s Service Delivery operations. She excels in leading quality service to clients, consultants and partners.
At ConsultNet, Meredith facilitates initiatives geared toward employee retention, company culture and training, thereby empowering the team to be effective and efficient in daily processes. With expertise in time management practices, applicant and talent management, and customer relations management systems, she inspires employees to constantly go farther to serve their clients and consultants.
Meredith holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Cincinnati.
