Previously, as the Executive Vice President of Sales at one of the largest global technology services firms, Justin led and managed the company’s sales and business development efforts across the Midmarket segment. He drove revenue growth and built strategic partnerships with key clients. Additionally, Justin held several senior leadership roles in sales and business development, garnering a deep understanding of the technology and talent landscape and successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies across the U.S.

Justin is actively involved with Ronald McDonald House, Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity.  He resides in Cleveland, Ohio, with his wife, Natalie, and their two boys, Jack and Max.
